About the Role

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Transformation Lead to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to lead business development and growth activities, manage analysts and consultants, and develop workplace strategy and change management strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Development and growth activities such as pitching to potential new clients on our workplace strategy and change management services.
  • Manage the Analysts and Consultants within the team.
  • Develop Workplace Strategy and Change Management strategies and solutions.
  • Manage a variety of projects from a budget and resourcing perspective.
  • Design and spearhead engaging client events, activities, and communications.
  • Act as the lead contact with key clients, build strong communication channels, and manage expectations.
About You
  • Proven experience in Workplace Strategy and Change Management.
  • Team player, solutions-focused with the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Adept Project Manager with exceptional communication skills.
  • High Emotional Intelligence - we deal with people and change daily.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to dive in and roll up your sleeves.

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a highly competitive salary package, including bonuses and benefits.
