  • Managing analysts and consultants within the team
  • Developing strategies and solutions for workplace change and management
  • Project management from a budget and resourcing perspective
  • Designing and executing client events, activities, and communications

  • Proven experience in workplace strategy and change management
  • A team player with excellent negotiation and influence skills
  • An adept project manager with exceptional communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage change effectively
  • A strategic thinker who can dive into details when needed
