Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change strategies that promote organizational transformation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess change impacts, ensuring a thorough understanding of the effects on people, processes, and technology.
  • Design and execute change interventions to enhance awareness and employee readiness, driving a smooth transition to new ways of working.
  • Maintain rigorous change management performance metrics to monitor progress and outcomes, ensuring we stay on track to deliver our vision.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to equip teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change.
  • Ensure seamless integration and scheduling of proposed changes, acting as a liaison between delivery teams, business units, and distribution teams.
  • Identify and mitigate change-related risks, adhering to our risk frameworks to guarantee our business remains resilient and adaptable.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a change management or related field, with a proven track record of delivering complex change initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of industry frameworks and professional standards, including Agile.
  • Experience in risk management and assurance, with a focus on mitigating change-related risks.
