We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our NSW operations. As a key player in driving strategic growth initiatives across the region, you will be responsible for managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and developing strategies to boost sales.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic visit plan for the region to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers through exceptional listening skills and understanding of their needs and requirements.
  • Forecast market potential within the region to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers by leveraging your deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end-users and promote products.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines.
