Sales and Marketing Leader for Hunter Valley

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat in the scenic Hunter Valley. This senior leadership role will play a crucial part in driving growth and revenue for both properties.
This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead the implementation and execution of sales and marketing strategies, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic planning and execution of sales plans and forecasts in collaboration with the Revenue department
- Leveraging expertise to guide brand and marketing initiatives related to Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat, working closely with the Marketing department
- Developing and managing operating budgets (OPEX) for sales activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial constraints
- Representing Minor Hotels brands at trade shows and association meetings, fostering industry connections and collaboration
- Fostering strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including clients and partners, to drive business opportunities
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales management, with a proven track record of success in developing and growing sales strategy
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Strong financial acumen, with solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
