We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable professional to join our Support Team as an Agile Workplace Concierge. This role is ideal for someone who excels in delivering exceptional customer service and has a passion for hospitality and customer-facing roles.

The Agile Workplace Concierge will play a crucial supporting role for clients, working across various core services including Front of house (Reception), Concierge, Placemaking support, Hospitality, Workplace Solutions, Events and Meeting coordination. This position requires a high level of energy, flexibility, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Curating exceptional experiences for visitors and occupants
  • Ensuring seamless and memorable interactions
  • Providing top-notch customer service while working alongside diverse teams
  • Supporting clients across multiple operations and teams

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector. Training will be provided on systems and procedures before placement at a specific site.

This role offers a broad range of exposure to different operations and teams, making every day a new experience. The compensation package includes outstanding rewards and learning opportunities, surpassing industry standards.
