Job Title: Agile Team Facilitator

As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Scrum practices are followed and assisting the team in working effectively. Here's an overview of your responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum Events: Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove Impediments: Help the team overcome obstacles that block progress.
  • Coach the Team: Guide team members on agile principles and Scrum practices to improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Support the Product Owner: Assist in managing the product backlog and ensure clear communication between the team and stakeholders.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage regular reflection and adaptation to enhance team performance.
  • Protect the Team: Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions to maintain focus.

**About You**

We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who can build relationships and engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. You should have excellent facilitation and coaching skills, enabling you to guide teams towards delivering high-value software.

You may have a background in project management, systems engineering, quality, or business improvement. Together, these offer the right grounding to support your journey toward becoming a release train engineer.
