Job Overview

The Workplace Ambassador will drive an exceptional team member experience in every interaction, whilst delivering a range of on-site workplace related services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome employees with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services
  • Proactively build rapport with clients and ensure to meet their needs to minimise escalations
  • Support the delivery of internal general service for staff across a range of different disciplines
  • Ensure adherence to workplace guidelines to create a welcoming, safe, and productive workplace
Requirements:
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Well-developed time management and project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and coordinate others to meet milestones
  • Experience in hospitality or high-end corporate concierge
