The Workplace Ambassador/Corporate Concierge drives exceptional client experiences through on-site services, fostering a culture of warmth and inclusivity.

  • Builds strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met, minimizing escalations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Supports internal general services for staff across various disciplines, promoting a cohesive and productive work environment.
  • Ensures adherence to workplace guidelines, maintaining a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space that meets the evolving needs of our clients and staff.
  • Develops and maintains key stakeholder relationships, responding to feedback and collaborating with suppliers to drive operational excellence.
  • Displays adaptability and flexibility to ensure coverage during high-volume workloads, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Provides expert guidance on navigating self-service functions for technical support, empowering clients to resolve issues independently.
  • Maintains meeting room facilities, ensuring setup for bookings and liaising with suppliers to optimize operations.
  • Identifies opportunities to expand service offerings, presenting recommendations to Line Managers to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manages the mailroom, providing administration and logistical support to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Empowers digital transformation within departments, introducing digital mailbox options and correspondence distribution strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
