This part-time role involves serving as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors, managing front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional workplace experiences.

You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures, and drive client engagement strategies and operational experience initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including front-of-house services

  • Coordinate events, activations, and site tours
  • Enhance workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Motivated self-starter with a strong customer service orientation
  • Proactive approach with keen attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • 1-2 years' experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
