About the Role
Key Responsibilities:- Greet visitors professionally and ensure they receive the support they need.
- Maintain security passes and personnel headshots for staff members.
- Coordinate events and maintain meeting rooms and print facilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors.
- Contribute to general office activities such as fleet and maintenance coordination.
