The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engaging welcomes and farewells to staff, clients, and contractors, registering visitors and staff using designated management systems, ensuring reception spaces, guest lounges, and meeting rooms are well-presented and clean, working closely with security teams to ensure safety, managing the upkeep of meeting rooms throughout the day, managing bookings of all meeting spaces, assisting with uploading information to tenant portals, and assisting with administrative duties as per tenant request.
