Are you a seasoned project management and scrum professional with expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies? We are seeking a well-rounded individual to lead and coach our software development team in delivering cutting-edge projects.

The successful candidate will have experience working within software development projects, with significant demonstrated experience using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. They will consistently think outcomes and successfully facilitate an agile development environment.

This role involves collaborating and driving structured change across multiple teams utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework. The ideal candidate will be able to mentor team members, product owners, and stakeholders on agile principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing team culture.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, refining estimates, and preparing it for upcoming sprints. The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, as well as ensuring effective communication and collaboration skills across multi-functional teams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Demonstrated Scrum Master experience, preferably within software projects
- Strong understanding of/or training in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across multi-functional teams
- Ability to mentor and coach successfully
- Experience preparing Agile metrics and reporting - such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, and team performance
- Australian Citizenship, with current active Defence Security Clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain at appropriate level)
