We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People, Culture and Change Manager to join our team at DuluxGroup Ltd. in a 24-hour per week role that offers flexible working options.
As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will work closely with our leadership to provide strategic and operational advice on Employee Relations, Change Management, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
You will be responsible for collaborating with business leadership teams to provide generalist HR consultancy, support, and advice on a wide range of human resource management matters.
