About the Role

Troocoo is seeking a highly skilled Senior People and Culture Manager to join its corporate services team. As a key member of the organisation, you will oversee the daily operations of the people and culture function, ensuring that policies, procedures, and programs align with the organisation's mission and comply with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workforce strategies that align with the organisation's vision and legislative framework.
  • Lead people and culture policy development, embedding a culture of human rights and inclusivity within the organisation.
  • Provide clear, authoritative, timely and accurate advice on a range of people and culture matters.
  • Design performance management systems that drive employee engagement and professional growth.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes, ensuring that the organisation attracts, retains, and develops high-quality staff.
  • Deliver meaningful people and culture reporting and content to a range of audiences.
  • Provide expert advice on workplace relations and industrial relations issues, supporting managers in resolving employment relations challenges and fostering a fair, inclusive work environment.
