We are a leading healthcare organization, seeking an experienced Customer Insights Analyst to join our team in Sydney. As a full-time permanent position, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Act as the go-to person for our feedback system vendor to ensure feedback system is set up and configured to meet customer needs.
  • Facilitate and present customer insight findings with front line teams to drive service improvements.
  • Collate, monitor, and analyze customer insights through reporting tools across our customer segments to inform strategic customer initiatives.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to refine and continuously improve the way we seek and present feedback received across our customer groups.

**Role Competencies:**

  • 5 years relevant experience in a management consulting or analyst role.
  • Inquisitive and passionate about customer experience.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude who demonstrates resilience under pressure and can juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines concurrently.
