- seeking activities.The Customer Relations Coordinator will provide front of house sales, marketing and administrative support to Strategic Grants customers and prospective customers in Australia and New Zealand. Jointly reporting to the Business Development Manager and the GEMS and IT Manager, the Customer Relations Coordinator will be the key contact point with those clients who are GEM (Grants Expertise Management System) Local customers, assisting with simple help desk enquiries.

This role requires the Customer Relations Coordinator to ask the right questions of enquirers to quickly determine how Strategic Grants can best add value to their grants and major gifts strategy, prepare high-level proposals and accurate service agreements and invoices for new customers, and update the CRM and file and accounting systems with client contact and services details.

About YOU
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, ensuring that professional, courteous and respectful communications take place at all times,
- Demonstrated high level of written communication skills,
- Exceptional attention to detail and experience in prospect research, data entry and reporting,
- Effective time management skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet deadlines,
- A strong relationship builder and effective communicator with the ability to represent Strategic Grants at sector events and promote products and services to prospective new clients,
- Demonstrated experience in using the suite of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat,
- High levels of flexibility and versatility, demonstrating strong personal initiative and motivation,
- A 'self-starter' who can work autonomously as well as engage as an effective team player,
- Experience with CRMs would be advantageous,
- Experience in and / or a passion for the For-Purpose sector
