Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical professional to support the development and execution of an end-to-end customer experience strategy.
This role will contribute to defining the overall customer experience strategy, working closely with product teams and stakeholders to continually enhance the customer journey.
You will be an advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring that insights are captured and considered. Your analytical thinking and collaborative approach will be critical in supporting initiatives that transform customer experiences and reinforce a leading position in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to defining the overall customer experience strategy.
Develop quality quantitative analysis and written materials for presentation to management.

Requirements
3+ years' experience in a similar role, a management consulting firm, or a professional service firm.
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and commercial awareness.
Effective verbal communication and relationship-building skills, with emotional intelligence to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation.
