Job Description

The Senior Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring customers maximize the value of their Guidewire investments. This involves fostering strong partnerships with customers to drive mutual success and create loyal advocates.

This position requires consistent engagement with customers to foster knowledge of the customer's product experience and strategic business needs. The successful candidate will provide early insight and adoption recommendations for new products and product features, ultimately driving product adoption and helping customers achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Maintain expertise in Guidewire solutions and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience in Customer Success roles, implementation delivery, or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Guidewire products and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
