
Strategic Customer Experience Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Strategist to develop and implement data-driven strategies for our clients in the Australian market.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CX and CRM programs, as well as experience with Martech platforms. They will be responsible for creating and executing plans that deliver sophisticated customer experiences at each lifecycle touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
- Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
- Providing expert advice on integrating data, technology, and marketing to deliver world-class customer experiences.
- Engaging directly with clients and senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of results.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a CX, CRM or digitally-focused strategic role, either in a creative agency, client-side organization or consulting environment.
- Strong marketing automation exposure and a passion for integrating technology with creativity.
- Strong strategic skills that cover the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
