**Job Description:**
You will bring your experience to the forefront as you strategically build a compelling vision for the Hard Furniture category, delivering innovative and on-trend ranges that create ongoing reasons to shop. Your actions will ensure sales, income, and inventory targets continue to positively impact store and category performance.
You will work cross-functionally to influence all areas of the organisation, ensuring your strategy aligns with operational reality. You will focus on growth and sustainability of the business and the Hard Furniture portfolio through competitive and profitable promotions.
You will continually enhance the value proposition driving excellence in service and delivering strong sales and profit results.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven success as a Senior Category Manager, Product Manager, or Buyer within a Retailer with deep experience in sourcing and developing the Hard Furniture category.
- A strong technical knowledge around construction, timber, finishes, etc.
- An eye for commercial ranging and style/trend-driven approach.
- A passion for all things Furniture and Home.
- Exceptional skills in inventory management and product development, negotiating supplier relationships.
- A natural go-getter with drive, determination, and commitment inspiring others.
**Benefits:**
