The Platform Success-Partner role is a strategic position that involves serving as an advisor and trusted partner to enterprise customers leveraging the platform.
This role requires balancing business acumen with technical understanding to ensure customers achieve measurable value through effective platform adoption, operational alignment, and ongoing engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, and executive sponsors to drive customer success.
- Conduct strategic planning and regular business reviews to align platform usage with customers' evolving goals and drive value realization.
- Lead enablement and ongoing engagement efforts to maximize customer adoption and satisfaction, promote AI ML innovations, and facilitate change management.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant platform deployments, monitor KPIs, and support incident response.
- Act as the voice of the customer across internal teams, influencing product direction and support priorities based on field insights.
- Prior experience in customer success, platform consulting, or strategic advisory roles.
