About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team at Access Community Services. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene.
  • Assist clients with medication management, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Requirements
  • Qualifications in a relevant field, such as aged care, disability, or healthcare.
  • Experience working in a care or support role, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
