Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business policies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, carers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
  • Statutory Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory reports, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Continuous Quality Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience: Possess a sound working knowledge of continuous quality improvement, risk management, EEO principles, and WHS as they relate to the position.
  • Cultural Competence: Displayed understanding of cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to calmly perform in high-pressure situations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in a range of computer software packages, including the suite of Microsoft programs.
  • Other Requirements: Current or willing to obtain National Police check, Current or willing to obtain Working with Children check, and Covid-19 Vaccination.
