Sydney Airport Customer Service Representative

We are seeking individuals who embody the spirit of exceptional service to join our team as Guest Services Agents in Sydney Airport.
About the RoleAs a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience. Your role will involve checking guests in, rebooking flights, and providing support during flight disruptions and cancellations.
You will also be responsible for helping unaccompanied children and guests with disabilities have a smooth and enjoyable experience. At the gate, you will assist with boarding flights and complete other arrival and departure tasks, including making announcements to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Check guests in and ensure their documentation is correct
- Rebook flights and provide support during disruptions and cancellations
- Assist unaccompanied children and guests with disabilities
- Make announcements to our guests at the gate
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Availability to work a rotating shift roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
