Sydney Airport Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sydney International Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting passengers with their travel needs.
This is a permanent part-time position working on a shiftwork roster, with the opportunity to work between 20-38 hours per week. You will be required to have the ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late nights.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to perform all duties at a high standard of customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver check-in services to passengers
- Verify passenger information and ensure accurate data entry
- Issue boarding passes and provide baggage handling assistance
- Assist passengers with airport security protocols and luggage allowances
- Safely direct passengers to their designated gates
**Requirements:**
- Clear communication and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic administration skills
- A valid driver's license
