
Sydney Airport Customer Service Representative

A part-time position exists for a suitably qualified and highly motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service at Sydney Airport.
The role involves delivering outstanding check-in services, handling reservation and ticket sales, as well as performing pre and post-flight duties with precision.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for editing flights, managing sales reports and recordings, and assisting with the receipt and dispatch of aircraft.
Strong computer system operation skills, particularly in SABRE and DCS systems, are also essential for this role.
Furthermore, the candidate will be required to assist with Rex Lounge duties, including guest processing, restocking, cleaning, and monitoring bar services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with customers, particularly those with special needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to on-time performance, a willingness to work shift hours, including early starts, evenings, and weekend work.
Previous customer service experience is mandatory, along with well-developed written and oral communication skills.
Outstanding image and presentation are also crucial for success in this role.
Computer literacy of a high degree is required, as is the ability to work unsupervised.
