**Airport Customer Service Representative Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our airport team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional service to passengers, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, setting the tone for their journey with us. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient and friendly check-in services;
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and facilitating rebooking flights as needed;
  • Supporting customers through disruptions and cancellations;
  • Assisting unaccompanied minors and guests with disabilities;
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at all times.
