About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airport Service Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to passengers from check-in through to boarding and disembarkation.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation processes.
  • Handle the check-in process, verify tickets, issue boarding passes, and check luggage.
  • Provide accurate flight information to passengers, resolve complaints efficiently and professionally, and offer support and answer questions regarding flight schedules, fares, routes, and policies.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, coordinate with other airport personnel and departments, and maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
  • Organisational and effective time management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are welcomed.
