Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process passenger check-ins, handle baggage, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed on time.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including those requiring wheelchairs or other forms of assistance.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve operational targets and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline or aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
  • Fluency in Japanese language is desirable but not mandatory.
