We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Part-Time Customer Service Officer at Sydney Airport. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our valued passengers.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing check-in services to our customers, including reservation and ticket sales, pre and post flight duties, editing of flights, and sales reporting functions as required. You will also be responsible for assisting with the receipt and dispatch of aircraft, operating computer systems (SABRE), and maintaining knowledge of the Departure Control System (DCS). Additionally, you will be required to perform Rex Lounge duties, including processing of guests, restocking, cleaning and monitoring of bar services, and assisting special needs customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
  • Able to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • Able to work shift work that includes early starts, evenings and weekend work
  • Ability to work in a team environment and a commitment to on-time performance
  • Previous customer service experience mandatory
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding image and presentation
  • Computer literacy of a high degree
