Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to play a key role in driving business expansion for our organization. This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders and understanding their business drivers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owns the relationship with customers, identifying key stakeholders and decision makers, and works collaboratively with sales support teams to implement impactful sales and account planning strategies.
  • Sells solutions directly or indirectly to customers, utilizing go-to-market partners to achieve success.
  • Creates customer insights that highlight our capabilities and solutions can provide to customers and their key stakeholders.
  • Provides unique perspectives for customers, establishing trusted relationships.
  • Balances short-term and long-term growth for all opportunities, achieving targets while expanding market share.

Performance Measures:

  • Achieves sales quota and profitability targets.
  • Forecast accuracy.
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment selling software and solutions in complex business environments.
  • Proven track record in achieving annual quotas exceeding $5M.
