Senior Account Director Opportunity

A leading strategic brand consultancy seeks an experienced Account Director to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term basis with potential for extension.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a strategically driven agency environment and has experience across brand strategy, design, brand voice, consumer branding, and employer brand & culture.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of integrated brand programs, manage key client relationships, and collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to bring compelling, insight-led work to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of brand strategy, identity, voice and culture projects
  • Oversee complex programs across consumer and employer brand streams
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior clients and stakeholders
  • Partner with strategists and creatives to translate insight into execution
  • Drive clarity, communication, and momentum across multiple workstreams
  • Manage scopes, resourcing, timelines, and financial reporting
  • Contribute to agency growth through exceptional service and client development

About You:

  • Proven experience in a brand or design agency at a senior client service level
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing multi-channel project delivery
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Calm, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • Confident navigating both structured and agile project environments
  • A passion for purposeful brand work and creating long-term client value
