Strategic Brand Leader

In this pivotal role, you will drive collective success within a community of dedicated professionals.

You will develop and implement strategic plans covering brand strategy, sales, distribution, marketing and communications, stock and supply management as well as clienteling and customer services to drive revenue growth for the region.

This senior and visionary results-driven leader will champion a client-focused approach to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and elevate the client experience. You will focus on building brand awareness, reputation, and signature identity through consistent and impactful representation across all touchpoints.

A naturally positive, entrepreneurial, and agile leadership style- grounded in emotional intelligence and humility, will enable you to create an environment of trust and inspiration, enabling others to thrive, grow and reach their full potential.

  • 10+ years proven experience in commercial retail leadership, ideally within luxury or hospitality with a deep understanding of the luxury consumer and an appreciation of what drives their engagement and loyalty.
  • Strategic thinker and leader, with excellent business acumen who thrives working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and demonstrates agility in adapting to change.
  • Humble, emotionally intelligent leader with a proven ability to inspire, develop and grow high performing teams.
  • Experience in retail and operational management of a country organisation including people, sales and business development, retail and client experience, marketing and communications, as well as operations and finance with full budget responsibility.
  • Fluent in English (additional language a plus).
  • University graduate with a degree from a recognised Business School; ideally you have also completed an MBA or Executive Master's program.
