
Commercial Leader for Brands

As a key leader in the ANZ region, we are seeking a highly skilled Director to drive commercial growth and revenue across our brand.
Job PurposeThis role will support the delivery of commercial results for Brands, Licensing, Retail, and Live Events in the ANZ region, driving business success through strategic leadership and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Collaborate with senior management to develop and deliver targets and priorities for local regions including ANZ.
- Lead and contribute to commercial negotiations, ensuring the best possible terms are achieved to drive business results.
- Provide effective communication and alignment between teams and stakeholders.
- Act as a local resource and key personnel to high-value external partners across AU and beyond.
- Drive process improvements and implement more efficient ways of working across the team.
- Inspire, mentor, and upskill area leads in key commercial competencies.
- Strong communication and analytical skills required.
- Ability to effectively deal with diverse staff at all levels and work in teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to see projects through to completion, problem solve, and multi-task under time constraints.
- Intellectual curiosity and commercial acumen.
- Ability to collaborate across boundaries.
