About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the growth of our premium spirit brand in Australia.

  • Lead strategic direction and marketing execution for the Jack Daniel's Family of Brands (Fo B) in Australia.
  • Develop and execute large-scale brand plans to drive continued growth through innovation and commercial excellence.
  • Maintain market-leading position and drive long-term brand growth through impactful marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy and category growth roles, including at least 5+ years in leadership positions.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential channels.
  • Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, including ownership of significant marketing investment.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Local market experience and activation knowledge.
