This is an exciting chance to lead the development and execution of a strategic brand presence, marketing strategy, and media engagement. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for leading the organisation's brand, customer marketing, and media communications strategy.
The role involves protecting and growing the organisation's reputation while building advocacy and brand alignment across all communications - spanning corporate content, digital, advertising, acquisition and retention campaigns, sponsorships, key brand initiatives, and internal communications.
You will drive an integrated brand and customer marketing strategy aligned to the organisation's strategic goals. This includes designing and delivering performance-driven, insight-led campaigns across acquisition, retention, and customer engagement. You will also lead internal and external communications, including executive messaging, stakeholder engagement, and government reporting.
An experienced leader with a strong track record of developing and executing enterprise-wide, integrated strategies across complex organisations, you will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing and the financial services sector. You will champion data-driven marketing and automation tools, as well as leverage insights to improve ROI and campaign impact.
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance across a collaborative team, mentoring and coaching team members, and leading by example. You will advise senior executives on brand risk, media strategy, and stakeholder communications in dynamic and high-impact contexts.
Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance are required for this position.
