Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to lead our team in achieving annual sales & marketing objectives.

This role partners with the Global James B. Beam Distilling Co. Brand House and local licensed teams, working closely with Advocacy, Innovation, Finance and Commercialization functions.

About the Role
  • To develop and execute through-the-line brand campaigns in partnership with the Global Brand House.
  • To plan and manage annual brand plans (ATL/BTL, on/off premise) and liaise directly with the Global Brand House and agencies to deliver programs on time and on budget.
  • To support Senior Brand Manager to deliver 3-year Growth Plan in partnership with the Global Brand House.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop commercially viable Ready-to-Drink propositions for future growth.
  • Implement media, earned and experiential activity for the brand.
  • Build effective working relationships with commercialization teams to gain input, alignment and support on the execution of brand plans.
  • Communicate brand standards, plans, strategy and Total Trade programs to key stakeholders (internal & external).
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in consumer marketing environment with proven ability in brand marketing.
  • Tertiary qualifications (preferably Commerce or Business with Marketing Major).
  • Liquor industry experience is valued but not essential.
  • Knowledge & understanding of mass communication process & sponsorship platforms.
  • Ability to use creative marketing techniques effectively.
  • Experience with bringing new products to market including cross-functional project team involvement.
