At In Vitro Technologies Pty Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert to join our national Customer Support Centre in Noble Park, Melbourne.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service support to customers across Australia and New Zealand, covering all inbound and outbound customer-related contact within our two divisional channels: Medical & Scientific.

This role is responsible for handling daily enquiries, providing product and services information, and addressing emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in similar customer service roles, confident in handling inbound call centre teams, sales orders, customer returns, and credits. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes, are essential.

About You:

  • Experience in a similar customer service role
  • Confidence in handling customer queries, sales orders, customer returns, and credits
  • Order management experience and understanding of inventory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in both a team environment and autonomously
  • Ability to take ownership to ensure outcomes are met
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics D365 is desirable
  • Previous experience in the scientific or medical industry is preferred

Estimated Salary: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
