About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and fast-paced team, working closely with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and support. As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Bank statement reconciliations, including processing manual electronic funds transfers via NAB Connect;
  • Accounts payable and receivable duties;
  • Assisting customers through various channels (inbound calls and email requests);
  • Daily reporting and file management;
  • Dispute resolution – first line response.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a strong customer service focus, and be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation. Ideally, you will be someone with an attention to detail, a positive mindset, and a passion for achieving success in a team environment.
