**Job Overview:**

The Quality and Compliance Officer plays a vital part in ensuring that organisational systems are aligned with relevant standards, regulatory guidelines, state and federal law.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an audit calendar and conduct internal audits/surveys to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, NDIS practice standards, and WorkSafe OH&S regulations.
  • Manage incident and feedback registers, liaise with managers and coordinators for follow up and resolution.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare communications relating to quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate to collate and analyse statistics.
  • Compile and analyse client/staff feedback statistics and reports.

**Requirements:**

  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm required for success.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory.
  • Qualifications and/or experience within a relevant field are desirable but not essential.
