Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the regulatory compliance department.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory compliance matters to local management teams and corporate organizations.
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and regulators on quality matters.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in aviation safety management and a proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in an operational environment.
  • Accredited training in aviation safety management disciplines.
  • Incident investigator qualification.
  • Lead auditor qualification.
  • Possess or have held professional aviation accreditations such as pilot licenses, maintenance engineer licenses, responsible person approval from an NAA.

Skills and attributes required for this role include working knowledge of quality tools and ICAO Annex 19, knowledge of regulations applicable to the organization, experience in incident investigations, and proficiency in MS Office software.
