At the forefront of regulatory compliance, we seek a skilled professional to join our team in Perth.
Job Overview- Maintain and develop policies and procedures to ensure corporate and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of controls and assess business compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
This role requires:
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop policies and procedures to ensure corporate and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of controls and assess business compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Perform audits at project sites and investigate reports.
- Provide guidance on anti-corruption, privacy, local outsourcing, etc.
- Supervise or perform due diligence on third parties.
- Attend company committees and present compliance topics.
- Develop and deliver compliance-related training.
We're looking for someone with:
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law or related field. Advanced degree or certification in compliance or a related field is preferred.
- 4 or 5 years in a similar role, preferably with a multinational company, or in a leading consulting firm.
- Knowledge of anti-corruption, privacy regulations, AML and ISO 37001: 2016.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
- Team player and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Good report writing and presentation skills.
- Availability to travel about 15% of the time across Australia, with some overseas travel.
