Energy Industry Regulatory Compliance Lead

The energy sector is at a crossroads, with growing demand for sustainable solutions. We seek an experienced Compliance Specialist to oversee regulatory compliance efforts.
- Maintain petroleum titles and production licence/retention leases obligations through effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate greenhouse gas regulatory submissions to progress from assessment permit to injection licence/site plan.
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks, actively managing risk through identification, planning, tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent in fields like engineering, HSE, or law.
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal legislation, policies, and processes related to regulatory compliance.
- Ability to interface and influence regulators, stakeholders, and senior management.
