About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets within the designated portfolio of existing and new clients in the Asia Pacific region
  • Identify new leads in the region and build new client partnerships, negotiate in accordance with pricing strategy and business ethics
  • Develop and manage a network of agents and distributors to accelerate business development in the region
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders – customers, prospects, agents, distributors, B2B contacts, and key opinion leaders
  • Stay up-to-date with technical and market intelligence, provide reports and feedback regarding products

About You

We are looking for a sales professional with significant experience in the high-tech industry, particularly in sterilization machinery products sales in various Asian countries. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, be proactive, eager to learn, and grow the business. Strong communication, influential, and presentation skills are essential.

Requirements:

  • 10 years' experience in high-tech industry and sterilization machinery products sales in various Asian countries
  • Proven sales track record in high-valued capital equipment, long-term approach, customized sterilization equipment would be advantageous
  • Ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders, distributor partnership would be advantageous
