Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer service strategy across the APAC region in alignment with global business objectives
  • Manage customer service supervisors and teams across APAC
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer service and order management processes
  • Collaborate with regional and global leaders to support business decisions
  • Monitor regional performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Present monthly business analytics and commentary to guide strategy
  • Promote and participate in environmental, health, and safety initiatives

Requirements

  • Extensive experience & skills in customer service & team leadership
  • Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
  • English & Japanese language skills, both written & verbal

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Experience in the medical devices, healthcare, or related sectors
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline
  • Proven ability to manage complex, strategic projects
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office & Oracle
