Main tasks: The primary function of this role is to lead the customer service strategy across the APAC region in alignment with global business objectives, ensuring customer needs are met, and the company's reputation for customer excellence is maintained
Other tasks:
Manage customer service supervisors and teams across APAC
Drive continuous improvement in customer service and order management processes
Collaborate with regional and global leaders to support business decisions
Monitor regional performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Present monthly business analytics and commentary to guide strategy
Promote and participate in environmental, health, and safety initiatives

Requirements
