The role of Employee Rewards Manager is a critical one at our company, where we're building a world-class employee rewards program that delivers genuine value to users.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing partnerships that deliver exceptional rewards to employees.

  • You'll identify and secure core rewards such as fuel discounts, supermarket gift cards, gym memberships, and theme parks.
  • You'll build and maintain relationships with partners and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • You'll curate, screen, and track rewards to ensure quality and consistency, delivering an outstanding experience for our users.
  • You'll work closely with our product and design teams to deliver a user-friendly interface in our app.
  • You'll analyze data to measure uptake and usage, refining the program to meet evolving needs.
Your Qualifications
