Employee recognition and reward programs play a vital role in driving employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention. As an Employee Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cutting-edge rewards program that delivers genuine value to employees.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships that deliver high-value rewards to employees. They will identify and secure core rewards, build and maintain relationships with partners and suppliers, curate and screen rewards to ensure quality and consistency, work with product and design teams to deliver a seamless employee experience, measure uptake and usage, and refine the program based on data-driven insights.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure high-value rewards such as fuel discounts, supermarket gift cards, gym memberships, and theme park passes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and suppliers to drive mutual growth and success.
- Curate, screen, and track rewards to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless employee experience, from initial research to ongoing evaluation.
- Measure and analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and operational capabilities. You should have experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and suppliers. You should also be able to think strategically, execute quickly, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
