Employee Rewards Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced rewards manager to lead the development of our employee rewards program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships that deliver genuine value to employees.

The Employee Rewards Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing core rewards such as fuel discounts, supermarket gift cards, gym memberships, and theme park tickets. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners and suppliers, curating, screening, and tracking rewards to ensure quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure core rewards that meet customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and suppliers
  • Curate, screen, and track rewards to ensure quality and consistency
  • Work with product and design teams to deliver a smooth employee experience
  • Measure uptake and usage, and refine the program based on data

Requirements:

  • Commercially sharp and operationally capable
  • Experience in a similar role or related field
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers and strike good deals
  • Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams
